The Management of the company was established since 1992. Its subsidiaries are service providers for total recruitment solutions, skills development training courses and facility management services.

Our Management

	Mr. Desmond Chin Mui Hiong Non-independent Group Executive Chairman Mr. Desmond, a Singaporean, he served as the Chairman of Reacher Group. He has over 15 years of experience managing people and company. He played an instrumental part in building our Group from a single entity to a multi-national company today. With his leadership, entrepreneurship and vision, the company diversified into providing total recruitment solutions, work-skills development training and integrated facility management services.
As the Chairman of the Reacher Group, he is responsible for the overall strategic business direction of the Group and developing new target markets locally and abroad. He has participated in numerous overseas trade missions organised by the Government and international trade fairs to keep abreast with the latest service standards and to explore new business opportunities for the Group. His vast experience in the industry and well-established network, together with his Confucius style of leadership has enabled him to attract caliber talent for the Group and has groomed the Group to the present stage. Besides his continuous commitment to the Group, he is also active in social services. Mr. Desmond holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree majoring in Electrical and Electronic from NTU, Singapore.

	Mr. Gary Chin Mei Yang Non-Independent Group Chief Executive Officer Mr. Gary Chin, a Singaporean, is the Chief Executive Officer of our Group. He oversees all segments of our business operations and is responsible for charting the growth and future of our Company. Under his leadership, the Group expanded its services from a simple employment agency to a professional employment service provider for
total recruitment solutions, from executive search, local placement to foreign workers recruitment. He is personally involved in setting up many important business units and functions within the Group over the years. His vast experience has enabled the Group to develop a smooth workflow, enhancing service efficiency to its optimum level. Mr. Gary has served the group for more than 10 years. He has been representing the group as the chief negotiator for various acquisitions, mergers and takeover exercises. He has turned the businesses acquired around and made substantial improvements in both the operating margin and organic growth. Mr. Gary received a Bachelor of Engineering, majoring in Electrical & Electronic Engineering in 1995 from the University of Aberdeen, UK.

	Madam Carene Chin Moy Yong Non-Independent Group Executive Director Mdm. Carene Chin, a Singaporean, she is the co-founder of the Group and the Managing Director of Nation Employment Pte Ltd. Nation Employment is the market leader in the employment sector in Singapore. She oversees the day to day operations of employment segment together with Mr. Simon. She is actively involved in the charting of the group’s human resource policies and facilitating
communication among the agencies within the company and other foreign parties. She has over 15 years of experience in professional foreign domestic workers placement services and has vast working experience particularly in the Employment Industry. She plays a key role in the expansion and development of the Group. Mdm. Carene has a Diploma in Chemical Engineering. She constantly upgrades herself by participating in various courses and seminars, and is currently pursuing TCM courses.

	Mr. Simon Yong Chee Hiong Non-Independent Group Executive Director Mr. Simon Yong, a Singaporean, is currently a Director of the Foreign Workers Recruitment Division. He assisted to groom the Group to the present stage. He started his career with Nation Employment Pte Ltd in 1990s to source supply of Indonesian domestic workers while many others at large in the industry still hinge on Philippines domestic workers.
His vast experience in the industry and wide-established network with Indonesia recruiters has enabled him to be well versed with the intricacies of the employment trade. He has participated in numerous short term courses and seminars to keep abreast with the latest changes in the business environment.

	Mr. Francis Chin Swee Siew @ Chin Yin Siew Non-Independent Group Executive Director Mr. Francis Chin, a Singaporean, is a co-founder of the Group. He has been a major figure in the Group, especially in the early stage and has built the Group from scratch together with other directors. Mr. Francis is also active in the public sector. He was conferred the prestigious Singapore Public Service Medal, Pingat Bakti Masyarakat
(PBM) by His Excellency, The President of the Republic of Singapore in 2005 in recognition of his outstanding long-term contribution to the community.

	Mr. Teo Sau Keong Group Chief Financial Controller Mr. Teo is the Group Financial Controller and Company Secretary. He joined the company in Feb 2005 and is in charge of the daily finance and administration of the Group and the ultimate holding Company. In addition, he is responsible for implementing internal controls, group restructuring, tax planning, corporate governance and practices as well as liaising with external parties and regulatory bodies in respect of the
financial matters. Mr. Teo worked at a Malaysia accounting firm, as an audit & tax assistant between 1997 and 2000. Subsequently, he became an Assistant Audit Manager in a CPA firm in Singapore before he moved on in 2002 to setup his own management consultancy firm to provide tax, management and accounting consultancy services to companies in Singapore. He is a CPA member of the ICPAS and a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK).

	Ms Margaret Tan Head, Foreign Recruitment Ms Margaret Tan is a Malaysian-born Chinese. After completing her studies in Malaysia, she headed to Singapore to pursue her dream career 18 years ago. During this period, Ms Tan has worked with SMEs as well as British & Canadian MNCs in the area of Business Administration and Human Resource Management. Ms Tan holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration and has 20 years of relevant working experience.
